Our founder is a lawyer with a law degree from the #1 law school in the country and more than 17 years of experience, over 10 as the general counsel of a publicly traded consumer product company. He founded MinutesLive because he saw a need for smaller businesses to get the same kind of help as big companies.  He has formed hundreds of corporations and limited liability companies and prepared hundreds of shareholder, partnership and llc agreements for entities based in Washington, Utah, Nevada, Delaware and Texas.

This is a corporate lawyer with more than 8 years of experience. She currently serves as an in-house lawyer with a consumer product company. She has formed, merged and dissolved dozens of entities in Delaware, Utah, Massachusetts, California and elsewhere.

Cara is a paralegal with significant experience preparing minutes and minute books and assisting with the formation, merging and dissolution of entities.
